Our Mission at IBHS LLC is to create access to mental healthcare through equity, which means ensuring everyone has equal access to well-being regardless of socioeconomic status or other barriers. In order to do so, we strive to eliminate mental health stigma by providing community outreach, psychoeducation, and ensuring diversity and inclusion not only in the community we serve, but also in our team of clinical and administrative staff. Dr. Gray specializes in the treatment of trauma, minority mental health, and first generation BIPOC career professionals. In fact, she published her study, Exploring Gender and Racial/Ethnic Differences in the Effects of Child Sexual Abuse in the Journal of Child Sexual Abuse. She has been in the mental health field for over 12 years working directly with trauma survivors and is a survivor herself. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and is certified in the We RISE Yoga method, a trauma informed yoga program. Dr. Gray additionally specializes in bilingual (English/Spanish) psychological and neuropsychological testing and works with patients as early as 30 months of age through adulthood. She evaluates patients with various neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health conditions including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, learning disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and for diagnostic clarity or differential diagnosis. Dr. Gray is trained in the Autism Diagnostic Observation System, Second Edition (ADOS-2), the Gold Standard in autism testing and is also experienced in assessing adult men and women on the spectrum. Dr. Gray is contracted with various community agencies including the Clark County School District (CCSD), the Bureau of Disability Adjudication, the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Department of Family Services for evaluation services. We are not a service provider.  We have created a directory of culturally grounded Latinx therapists who believe in the human rights of migrant peoples. This directory is meant to be a resource for all those who are Latinx and anyone engaged in advancing the human rights and dignity of Latinx migrant communities across the United States.   This directory is a list of mental health professionals and not a recommendation or guarantee of quality service by LTAN.  We highly encourage everyone to research and consult directly with providers before beginning services with them to ensure it is a good fit.
