BIOGRAPHY
Linda born in Veracruz Mexico is a Bilingual Yoga teacher and an advocate for Mental Health Awareness to Latinx community. She believes that yoga is a practice that can benefit everyone, regardless of physical ability, size, gender, age, language or economic backgrounds. Linda brings the benefits of yoga to marginalized communities who currently do not have access to these teachings, with an intentional focus on communities that traditionally have been excluded. Linda has continued her yoga training in order to facilitate access and inclusivity in her classes, and create a safe space. Currently Linda is working on her certification for Trauma Informed Yoga and is also a student of Ayurveda at Narayana Ayurveda & Yoga Academy.
